To cancel your flight or ticket, you need to submit your cancellation request prior to your departure. Passengers kindly note that failure in settling the final payment amount within 72 hours, will automatically lead to the cancellation of your ticket.
All air tickets booked from Sam Travel are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Ans:- Once you decide on cancelling your flight prior to your departure, the process begins. There is a fee of £50 per passenger. After you request a cancellation, the air ticket will be sent to the airline consolidator for further processing. The refund amount of the partly-used tickets will never be more than pro-rata. In many other cases, it may go down to nil.
After the clearance from the airline consolidator, the amount will be reimbursed to the user. The entire refund process may take 10-40 working days, and in case of loss of ticket, the process may take up to 12 months.
